A booking will include car hire for the specified time on the agreed date, a chauffeur and liability insurance. The car is not available for self-drive hire.
The vehicle can accommodate up to 3 passengers (1 front and 2 rear). The vehicle was originally manufactured without seat belts, however lap belts have now been installed. The lap belts must be worn at all times during a journey and under no circumstances will a passenger be permitted to carry another passenger on their lap. We will be happy to transport children aged 3 and above if the hirer provides the correct child seat for the vehicle. Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. Eating and drinking is at the discretion of the chauffeur.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking in order to secure the vehicle on the agreed date. Any remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the agreed date. If the balance of payment is not received prior to 30 days before this time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit retained.
Any cancellation must be made in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund any payment made (above the £100 non-refundable deposit) if written notice of cancellation is given more than 30 days prior to the agreed date.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking. Should we require to cancel a booking, for example due to adverse weather conditions, the hirer will be notified and we will provide a full refund.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the vehicle remains in working order, unforeseen events may still arise. We will notify the hirer in the event that the vehicle develops a fault which we expect cannot be repaired by the agreed date. In the event that we are unable to perform our services due to mechanical failure, the hirer will be notified and a refund will be issued in full (including deposit). We advise that full wedding insurance be taken to cover this risk.
We will try our best to mitigate any factors which may cause delay or cancellations, however will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations for circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic/road closures and being provided incorrect booking details.
The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any damage done by them to the vehicle or by a member of their party. We will make every effort to return any items left in the vehicle, however any items left in the vehicle are done so at the owner’s risk and we will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
